Ritual work :
A representative place was chosen for the Ritual work in the premises of the deconsecrated Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (Sacre-coeur), which can easily accommodate about 150 people. The church has recently been renovated, so it is possible to see the characteristic features of the Beuron style (originated in the Beuron Abbey in southwestern Germany), whose common denominator is the laws of geometry, especially the circle, square and triangle.
The church was consecrated in 1924 and has been used for various social events since then. It was chosen for ritual work primarily for its exceptional and representative atmosphere.
For participants arriving by car, parking will be provided in the premises of the School for the Hearing Impaired, Holečkova 4, Prague 5 (opposite the Sacre-couer).
Accommodation for the participants is provided in the 4* hotel NH Prague City in Smíchov, approx. 20 minutes‘ walking distance from Sacre-Coeur.
This hotel is divided into two parts, into two hotels – the „upper“ NH Collection and the „lower“ NH Prague City. A peculiarity of the hotel is that there is an external elevator, a cable car, that runs between the two parts of the hotel. Such an interesting kind of hotel transport you won’t find anywhere else in Europe.
In the NH Collection part there is a wellness center and a restaurant with a view of Prague. The hotel is near metro station B Anděl and the OC Smíchov shopping center. We have negotiated the following special prices with the hotel management for our guests:
Rates NH Collection : 124,06 Eur / double bed / night, 112,03 Eur / single bed / night including buffet breakfast, entrance to the wellness area, VAT and city tax
Rates NH Prague City : 110,06 Eur / double bed / night, 98,03 Eur / single bed / night including buffet breakfast, VAT and city tax
Participants are kindly asked to arrange their accommodation directly on the hotel website, below we provide direct link to the reservation system, where classic reservation conditions apply (card reservation, possibility to cancel accommodation approx. 14 days before arrival without cancellation fees, later cancellation is subject to fee – mandatory payment of one night).
Due to the limited number of reserved rooms and expected interest from abroad, we recommend making reservations / booking as soon as possible. The rooms are blocked for the period April 09-16, it is up to you what dates you decide on.
Gala Dinner :
The gala dinner, which takes place in the premises of the NH City Prague hotel, will be held in the form of a buffet consisting of various types of cuisine, in addition to Czech beer and Moravian wine according to taste and pleasure. An integral part of the dinner will also be an auction of lodge and memorabilia related to the history and activities of the Dílo Lodge. The proceeds of this auction will be donated to charitable causes, which will be presented prior to the auction itself.
Participants who come to the Gala Dinner by car are advised to leave their cars in the garage of the nearby OC Smíchov department store, as only smaller and medium cars can fit in the hotel’s underground garage (the price for parking at the hotel is CZK 100/hour).
